Privacy Policy

Toll Rush is a single-player arcade game. It plays fully offline; optional cloud features (leaderboards, achievements, and progress sync) are available only to players aged 13 and older who choose to sign in.
What we store on your device
Game settings and progress are saved locally using the platform's standard preferences storage (Android SharedPreferences, iOS NSUserDefaults):
- Selected car skin
- Selected trail effect
- Custom color (hex)
- Custom emoji (single grapheme)
- Best score
- Sound, haptics, and music toggles
- HUD style preference
- Gameplay counters (e.g. runs played, gantries passed)
For players who do not sign in, this data never leaves the device.
Game services (optional, players 13 and older)
Toll Rush offers optional cloud features through your platform's game service (Google Play Games Services on Android, Apple Game Center on iOS). These are off by default and require an explicit opt-in. Players under 13 are not offered sign-in and play fully offline.
If you opt in:
- Player identifier. Your Play Games / Game Center player ID is used to identify you for leaderboards and achievements. We do not receive your name or email address.
- Game progress sync. Your best score, customization, settings, and lifetime gameplay counters are synced to your platform's cloud (Google Play Saved Games or Apple iCloud) so your setup follows you across devices.
- Leaderboards & achievements. Your best score and achievement unlocks are submitted to the platform service.
This data is handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies. We run no servers of our own. The platform game-services SDK (Google Play Games Services / Apple Game Center) also collects diagnostics and limited analytics to maintain and improve the service itself — governed by Google's or Apple's privacy policy, not ours.
What we do not do
- No analytics or telemetry of our own (the platform game-services SDK's diagnostics are noted above).
- No advertising or third-party ad SDKs.
- No accounts or sign-in of our own — game services use the platform's identity, never ours.
- No data is shared with any third party beyond the platform game service you opt into.
Managing or deleting your data
You can sign out of, or delete data held by, the platform game service through your Google account (Play Games) or Apple ID (Game Center / iCloud) settings. Local on-device data is removed when you uninstall the app.
Permissions
Toll Rush requests the Vibrate permission on Android to provide haptic feedback during gameplay. This is used only when the in-app "Haptics" toggle is enabled. The app makes no other permission requests.
Children
Toll Rush's gameplay is suitable for all ages, and children can play the full game offline. The optional cloud game services are not offered to players under 13: without signing in, no player identifier is collected and nothing is sent off the device. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
